Double Impact Halva Cooking Machine Product Code: MN-HTH 1AA It is used for boiling and mixing the mixture of sugar and soapwort juice before mixing it with tahini for making herlva. The heat source can be LPG. (propane – button – and their mix). Natural gas – fuel oil – diesel – wood and any other fuel can be used. Recommended is LPG. Industrial LPG burners are mounted under the tanks. Standard double halva cookers and single halva cookers have a capacity of 100 kg to 150 kg in each cooking. The cooking process takes up to every 45 minutes. After these (halva cookers) are mixed with tahini, they reach 200 kg to 300 kg halva capacity. Larger halva cookers can also be produced upon request. A 5.5 KW motor, 2.2 KW motor for sugar boiling, and a 0.37 KW motor fan are installed for each mixer for each sugar and soup mixer. All surfaces touched by food are made of 304 quality stainless. The external appearance of the steel legs is covered with chrome and nickel sheets.
