Waste Oil Regeneration Process and Machine Working Method
●These types of oils (motor oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, cutting oil, mixed petroleum oils) are basically used in waste oil reporting facilities.
● It is the conversion of waste oils into base oils and diesel under high temperature pyrolysis conditions so that waste oils can be reused.
● Waste oils are distilled at high temperatures, hydrocarbon molecules are broken down and sorted using new methods to create a new oil.
● During the distillation process, waste oil turns into gas and is then subjected to a cooling process, converted into liquid oil and separated according to its distribution according to need and demand, and the final product is obtained.
● The amount of oil content in the refined oil eliminates oxidation, bad odor, and asphalt, moisture, acid, and carbon oxidation in the process where the color is applied.
