MACHINE FEATURES - This machine has been manufactured for rapid and rapid filling of creamy and homogenized yoghurt into plastic packages. - The product to be filled is transferred from the milk tank to the hopper of the machine by means of a pump (belonging to the customer). - In the creamy yogurt filling, the milk is filled into the packages by FOAMING, thanks to the special filling nozzle. - The machine works as a pneumatic system. - It has an 80lt stainless steel funnel. - Sealing elements and piston seals are produced from teflon, viton or polyethylene material according to the product to be filled. - All connections are connected to each other with clamps. Machines are disassembled and cleaned to the finest detail without using any tools. - CHIP. It is suitable for cleaning. - High surface roughness and argon welding technology prevent bacterial growth in machines. - The filling setting is easily adjusted and recorded with the dial and numerator. - Thanks to its wheels, it is made ready for filling easily and quickly at the desired location. - Detailed usage and maintenance manuals are available for each model.
