1) The First Machine - the Collider
At the first stage, the basic mixing and homogenization process of soap production is carried out. This machine consists of two geared motors with a power of 5.5 kW. The large hopper, which has a capacity of 300 kg of product for each mixing, works with high efficiency. The inner hood made of 316L chrome material is long-lasting and durable. the mixer shaft with a diameter of 60 mm and the tanbur with a diameter of 900 mm offer effective mixing operation. There is a warehouse with a capacity of 1500 kg for feeding the machine, and the mixed product becomes homogeneous in this machine before passing to the squeezing press.

2) Product Disc Compression Unit
In this unit, compression of the soap mixture is provided. Equipped with a gearbox with a power of 5 kW, this machine performs a cylindrical compression process at a speed of 60 rpm. Products in a separate state are mixed here and become pre-dough. The entire product is sent to the recompression and recycling process. The discs and screw system manufactured with 316L chrome material offer long-term and durable use.

3) Final Mixing Machine
The third stage is the process of mixing all incoming materials one last time. Designed with 316L chrome pipe and coil system, this machine uses a 5.5 kW motor and T reducer. The soap mixture is subjected to pressure smoothly and slowly and turns into a pasta-like format. Connected with each other by flanged system, this machine ensures smooth and efficient operation of soap production line.

4) Profile Compression and Heating System
This stage performs the process of compressing and heating the soap mixture in the form of a profile. A reducer with a power of 7 kW works at a speed of 30 rpm, ensuring that the soap mixture adheres to each other. Heaters ensure that the outer surface of the product is smooth, while soap comes out in the form of a profile and is cut to the desired extent thanks to a special conveyor system. The cutting process is carried out with a vertical guillotine cutter. The products are directed to soap printing and air printing machines.

5) Control System
All control units of the machine are controlled by the piano ponodon control panel. Siemens brand fuses provide a user-friendly control with Japanese-made speed control systems and a touch screen. In this way, the machine system works completely automatically and efficient production is ensured.
