OPTIONAL UV LIGHT STERILIZATION TUNNEL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: - It is designed to clean glass, plastic and tin packages with air, C.I.P. or hot water. - Packing groups moving on the conveyor catches with two clamps, rotates them 180 degrees, presses air or water into the packages, turns them 180 degrees again and leaves the packages on the conveyor. - Filtered air is used to separate dust or other particles from the inner surface of the packaging. - It uses the FESTO filtration system to clean the air from the compressor. - It offers high flexibility and simplicity for different jar sizes and can be easily integrated into any packaging line. - Thanks to the optional UV light tunnel, the packages are sterilized before leaving the jar cleaning machine. - Touch screen control panel. - Chassis made of stainless steel. - Lighted cabinet with polycarbonate cover and security keys on the doors.
