Axo 500 series automatic panel sizing machines have been developed for high production values. The rear-loader model AXO 500 T HD has been developed to cope with high production values. The AXO 500 HD is a machine that does not compromise on quality: Exceptional machine chassis rigidity, 130 mm cutting height, rapid saw carriage feed rate and fast pusher make this machine ideal for high production values. The automatic lubrication saw carriage is equipped with THK prismatic slides to cope with heavy and continuous production intensities. The saw carriage speed is 150m/min and the pusher speed is 90m/min. The Axo 500 T HD offers maximum performance for very high volume productions. Exceptionally robust machine chassis, 130mm cutting height, high saw carriage and pusher speeds, panel loading to the elevator up to 1300mm high, are the key features that enable high volume production. The automatic lubrication saw carriage is equipped with THK prismatic slides to cope with heavy and continuous production intensities. The saw carriage speed is 150m/min and the thruster speed is 70m/min.
