SANDWICH PANEL CONTAINER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
WALLS
40 mm thick sandwich panels filled with 48 dn Polyurethane or EPS Foam are used between Galvanized Rall9002 oven painted sheet metal on all interior and exterior facades. Sandwich panel material is one of the highest quality facade materials on the market and is guaranteed against rust.
CEILING FINISH
12.5 mm thick wood color PVC paneling is applied to the ceiling. 80 mm thick glass wool is laid in the attic for insulation purposes. Glass wool is fireproof and has thermal insulation properties.
BASE COVERING
It is applied on the manufactured steel carcass with a 14mm thick cement board bolt. It is covered with PVC mineflo. It gains a stylish look by installing skirting boards in the corners.
ROOFING
It is covered with galvanized sheet metal with a trapezoidal section and a thickness of 0.50 mm. Rainwater comes out through hidden rain gutters inside the container. Containers snow load 80kg/m2; It was calculated as .
DOORS
Interior doors are fitted with 75x200 wooden doors, exterior doors are fitted with 90x200 sheet metal doors.
WINDOWS
All windows are 100x200 PVC joinery, installed as single glass.
CARRIER PART
All of the specially twisted sheets used in the upper and lower chassis are made of 1.8 mm thick black sheet metal.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
3x2.5nym cable is used in all sockets and 2x1.5nym cable in all lighting. The electrical installation is installed on the surface and surface-mounted sockets and switches are used.
INTERIOR PARTS
(Applicable for products without free space) The kitchen sink is placed in chrome size of 50x100 cm, the shower tray is placed in 70x70 cm size, and the sink and toilet with cistern are placed according to the layout project.
