Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) type Nitrogen Generators are used for the separation and enrichment of Nitrogen gas from oxygen using Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). The Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) allows the passage of nitrogen gas while holding the oxygen and water vapor molecules under a certain pressure. Nitrogen Generator consists of two adsorbing tanks. Nitrogen Generator consists of 2 tanks with Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) as adsorber, valve group, air filters, pressure regulator and storage and balancing tank. Air passed through the dryer and filtered is sent to one of the adsorption tanks. The CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) in the tank keeps the oxygen and water vapor molecules in its pores, thus producing Nitrogen gas. Nitrogen gas can be produced in purities between 95%-99.999% according to customer needs. The produced nitrogen gas is sent to the storage tank from the upper part of the tank. Nitrogen is produced at a lower pressure than the supply air pressure. - Simple structure, compact design, fully automatic system. - On-site 24/7 Nitrogen production (Fig.1) - Touch PLC screen to control the whole system (Fig. 2) - PLC screen and quick start-up to monitor and view the process. - Innovative muffler designs and safety system. (Low noise level in depressurization processes) (Fig. 4) - Production on demand and low cost. - High performance. Nitrogen capacities and purity values in accordance with customer demands. (Nitrogen purity level is between 95% - 99.999%) - Minimum maintenance cost. (The filters are changed periodically.) Application Areas: - Metal industry - Chemical industry - Cleaning - Plastic industry - Nitrogen used in tires - Production time and food storage Optional: - Oxygen analysis - Flow meter - Dew point sensor (Picture 3 on the back page) - Display showing nitrogen purity
