Existing machinery and equipment in the system;* Vibrating Feeder and Hopper Feeder system is driven by 2 Italian Oli brand vibromotors. In this way, it can be operated with trouble-free operation and minimum maintenance. The feeder hopper is suitable for feeding with excavator and loader, and it can also be fed by truck with an additional hopper in permanent operations. All wear points in the feeder and hopper are protected by replaceable wear shields. Wear armors are bolted at points where wear may occur and can be easily replaced. The additional chamber can be opened and closed thanks to the hydraulic system. In this way, it provides easy assembly and disassembly. There is a sieving system on the feeder tray. In this sieving system, a zig zag type grid system suitable for sieving coarse material is used. Thanks to the by-pass conveyor, the sieved earthy or fine material can be poured into the stock area with the by-pass conveyor or, if desired, it can be directed to the main belt by means of the flap chute. Thanks to the lapped chute, the mineral or stone that does not need to be crushed can be transported to the stock area or fed to the main belt without entering the crusher. In this way, additional capacity can be made. There is an optional extra hopper of 15 m3 – 5 m3. It is driven by 2 high vibration Oli brand Vibromotors. *DM 25 Advanced Turbo Crusher System DM 25 is a specially designed, heavy-duty turbo crusher that can perform 3 crushing operations in the crusher system as primary, secondary and tertiary. Rotor: 1750 x 1400 mm Rotors are specially manufactured and the parts exposed to wear are filled with hard-fill electrode welding and are resistant to abrasion. Feeding chute: 1400 x 1500 mm Engine Power: 315 kW Engine tensioning in the drive system of the turbo breaker is realized by the hydraulic system, and thanks to this system, the breaker is commissioned without any problems. There are 2 long type adjustment blocks that provide thinning in the crusher. Thanks to these blocks, the thinning curve is very high. Hardox 500 wear armor is used in the breaker side wall armors. The rotor blades are 16-18% manganese and chrome alloy. It is also suitable for two-sided use. In this way, longer wear times can be achieved. Adjustment blocks are 16-18% manganese and chrome alloy.
