KBKK-3 TRANSITIONAL SOLID FUEL HEATER BOILER

1 It is designed and manufactured to meet the heating needs of workplaces, greenhouses, shops and similar facilities. It is an economical and ideal product for cold geographies. It can be produced between 2 30,000 kcal-h and 1,500,000 kcal-h capacities. Boilers have flame and smoke pipes and the pipes are welded to the mirror. 3 Hydrostatic test is applied to the boilers at 1.5 times the operating pressure. 4 It has a long life, suitable for solid fuel and low calorie coal use. 5 Thanks to its design, it balances temperature differences and resists high pressure. 6 The KBKK-3 model has 3 passes and has a tube bundle between the passes. 7 Thanks to its 3-pass design, it provides more heat transfer to the water by increasing the waiting time of the intense flame in the boiler. 8 Since the boiler grids are cast and assembled in parts, they can be removed and replaced at any time. 9 Boiler body is painted with heat resistant boiler paint and insulated with glass wool. A beautiful appearance is provided by covering the insulation with colored galvanized sheet. 10 Coal cover is insulated with fire concrete mortar resistant to 1000 “C. 11 Covers are produced as double-walled and heat insulation wool is placed between the two walls, minimizing cover heat losses. 12 Gas tightness is prevented by using ceramic wick seals on the covers. 13 Fans are included in our boilers. The digital control panel is optionally mounted. 14 Boilers with boiler room entrance or transportation problems are manufactured on site in factory standards. Welding processes are carried out by our certified welders according to WPOR. According to your request, our company manufactures under the control of "Türk Loydu" or similar independent organizations. It is certified in 15 TS 497 - TS377 - TS EN 303-5-3-1 Standards. TSE efficiency certificate. 16 ISO and CE (2014/68/EU) certified. It has a 2-year MODELSAN warranty.
