Compressor is started with star-delta control system. It is driven by V belt-pulley. With the V-belt tensioning system, V-belt tensioning can be done directly and easily. Space saving is achieved by mounting the compressor unit on the air tank. It is designed according to the power range of 4 - 15kW and operating pressures of 7.5 / 10 / 13 bar. Minimum pressure valve, oil filter, separator and thermostatic mixer valve are combined on a single block. The screw group, which has a single stage and oil spray feature, is mounted on the air-oil tank (separator) tank. The air-oil cooling system is provided by an axial fan integrated into the air-oil cooler. Hydraulic hose is used in air-oil circuits, Teflon hose is used in pneumatic control system circuits. It is combined with the thermostatic mixer valve separator block, which controls the temperature of the oil in the oil circuit and ensures that the oil is sent to the screw block at the most suitable temperature. The oil filter element is attached to the oil filter body combined with the separator block. The air filter element is placed in a plastic filter container that allows easy replacement. Control of the sucked air is provided by the microprocessor control unit with the help of the suction control valve mounted on the screw group in the air intake circuit and the 3/2-way solenoid valve (compressor load-unloaded operation). The spin-on type separator used to separate the air-oil mixture in the air-oil circuit is attached to the separator body combined with the separator block.
