It is produced depending on the width of the stone. While sandblasting is done by means of turbines that can rotate at 3000 revolutions per minute, dust is trapped by a cartridge filter with self-cleaning (Jet-Pulse) feature or a radial fan. How the machine works: Cut and dry natural stone / marble pieces are placed on the conveyor belt and the belt movement is adjusted. The walking speed of the band (0.5-2m/min) is adjusted. Sand flow rate is adjusted according to the type of material to be sanded. Blasting is done with the granules sent from the turbine at a speed of 3000 revolutions per minute. The granules poured on the machine floor are collected in the bunker and transported to the elevator by means of a helix. It is sent to the separator by the elevator with bucket belt system. Granules-foreign substance and dust are separated in the separator and the granules go back to the turbine and the dust goes to the filter.
