KUM-SA Portable Pressure Sandblasting Machines are a complete design that is offered with a boiler (tank), compressed air filter, sandblasting valve, breathing filter, sandblasting and air hose, compressor hose, mask, nozzle and nozzle apparatus. It works by means of compressed air. Air is connected to the machine and sandblasting is applied in this way. A screw compressor with a flow rate of 5-6 m³/min is suitable. Thanks to the regulator at the air inlet on the portable sandblasting machine, it offers the opportunity to work at the desired pressure. The sheet surface of the portable sandblasting machine, which is designed for small-scale sandblasting works, is protected by electrostatic powder paint against impacts and scratches. In the portable sandblasting machine, a high strength hardened steel body sandblasting gun and a strong boroncarbide sandblasting nozzle against abrasion are used. When the portable sandblasting machine is used at a working pressure of 2-10 bar, approximately 4.2-5.8 cubic meters of air per minute is needed. With these features, the portable sandblasting machine not only saves energy but also makes precision sandblasting. There are automatic and manual versions available.
