AUTOMATIC AEROSOL FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE

In the standard aerosol filling machine, some operations are done manually. Manual work: valve ejection, topping, capping and inkjet. Empty aerosol cans from the conveyor go into liquid filling first. After the valves are manually inserted into the can, the aerosol cans go to gas filling without valve tightening. The tops (actuator) of the boxes coming out of the gas filling are manually hammered, then the lids are closed manually and the products are ready for packaging after the optional inkjet unit.
