The internal feeding and external feeding carrier is made of reinforced steel material and is positioned close to the belt section. The output carrier is also mounted close to the reinforced steel chassis. Compressing tunnel consists of two chassis. The heated side is the tug and the other is the support unit for the shaping part. This system is covered with 3-stage insulation technology, thus preventing energy and heat loss in the LED. The carrier system works with the help of a Teflon-coated metal mesh mesh and a speed-adjustable motor. It ensures that the heat is distributed evenly. There is an edge printing unit at the tunnel exit. METHOD OF OPERATION Whether the material to be packaged, whether it comes from manual feeding or automatic sliding belt, is first brought to the sizing area. Thanks to independent photocells in this area, our machine assigns the most suitable printing roll group for the material to be produced according to the perceived size. All photocell and roll lengths are controlled by PLC software. After the selection is made, the telescopic belt is pulled back and the polyurethane rolls are brought from the waiting area to the working area, the part is allowed to pass from there, and the packaging takes place. After the entire operation is completed, the welding and cutting tables cut the package. The packaged material is directed to the shrinking area. Here, the process is completed by printing the edges.
