Description K2PE-F Series has automatic feeding system and is widely used for various pan or single product groups. It is designed for packaging products made of various materials such as glass, plastic, metal, wood and cardboard. It is developed and produced by Özçağdaş Makina to meet the demands of various sectors such as food, beverage, cosmetics, chemistry, medical, paint and printing. Application An automated system transports the product from the feeding conveyor to the cutting area, where the film is cut and adhered with the hot jaw. Then the products are transferred to the shrink tunnel with the evacuation band. With the temperature inside the tunnel, the polyethylene film wraps the product tightly and the film, which is cooled with the help of the fan at the tunnel exit, takes the shape of the product. The resulting packaging not only adds a good appearance to the product, but also protects the product from abrasion, friction, scratches and dust during storage and transportation.
