SerProfil Light Steel Structures are modern design structures designed by the R&D / P&D team and manufactured in our factory using cold-formed, high-resistant galvanized material, and installed entirely with the bolted joining method.
Our light steel warehouse systems, which provide a more rigid structure and faster installation compared to classical steel structures, provide long-lasting use with their weldless manufacturing and the ability to be disassembled.
High-strength galvanized steel, thanks to the properties in its chemical structure, is the engineering material we prefer in our light steel warehouses, with a strength advantage of up to 40% compared to 35-45% mass lightness compared to the elements used in classical steel structures. The fact that the structural element is 250-300gr/m2 galvanized provides extra resistance against corrosion.
Based on these features, it is planned to minimize the manpower and logistics expenses at the construction sites as a result of the significantly reduced manufacturing time and ease of transportation, as well as the transportation and assembly of the structural elements on the site with a maximum of 2-3 manpower.
It is easy to use and maintain. Since it is a modular system, additions and removals to the system later have become architecturally easy and are preferred.
