Lupamat has broken new ground in our country as a result of its long R&D studies; We are proud to realize the first production in Turkey of a piston air compressor, 80% of which is made of domestic materials, oil-free, high pressure, high flow, multi-stage, water-cooled, compliant with EU regulations and standards, generally used in PET bottle production. This design is produced not only for the production of PET bottles, but also in accordance with the needs of all other sectors working with oil-free and uninterrupted compressed air. For example, according to the compressed air requirement of the enterprise, it is designed and produced according to customer demands at lower bar, higher and lower flow rates. Product Features The mold, casting and machining processes of the basic parts were carried out within the DIRINLER GROUP. In this way, approximately 90% of the compressor system was produced under our supervision. Valves, rings and sealing elements have been specially designed for this compressor by the industry leader HOERBIGER. Each part is designed using the ANSYS CAD program. In this way, strength and thermal calculations were made and the most suitable material and design were determined. It is V-Type and has 3 stages. Body and stage cylinders are made of AN GJL-250 cast iron, stress relieved and precision machined. The crankshaft is solid and EN GJS 600-3 is ductile iron. Stress relief has been done. After machining, the bearing and connecting rod working surfaces are ground. Connecting rods are two-piece and are made of EN GJS 600-3 ductile iron. Machined after surface tension relieving treatment. After the working surfaces of the connecting rods are covered with a special alloy material on the crankshaft, they are machined with spaces according to the diameter of the crankshaft. All stage cylinders are controlled by hydrostatic pressure test before assembly. Air pipes in the inlet and outlet lines between stages are checked with hydrostatic tests after their x-rays are taken following the welding process. The linear movement of the 1st and 2nd stage piston shafts is provided by the sliding bearing piston. The 1st and 2nd stage pistons and the sliding bearing piston are cast from special alloy aluminum material and are machined after stress relief. 1st, 2nd and 3rd stage pistons are made of PTFE material with a special design for Lupamat and are long-lasting. Suction and discharge valves at all stages are specially designed and manufactured for Lupamat. Both sides of the crankshaft are supported by bearings. Although the compressor produces oil-free air, it is automatically lubricated by the oil pump driven by the crankshaft to lubricate some mechanical parts. There are oil scraper packages and pressure sealing packages in the 1st and 2nd stages so that the oil from the piston rods does not contaminate the air. Compressed air coming out of the stage cylinders first passes through the water-cooled heat exchanger and passes to the next stage after being cooled. Condensed water is automatically discharged from the water separators behind the heat exchanger. There is a safety valve in the water separators. After the complete assembly of the compressor head, its connections with other components are made on the solid NPU profile chassis. In addition, 6 vibration damping bellows are placed under the chassis. Compressor and motor connection is provided by V-belts. It has an easily adjustable tensioning system. 1.,2. and the compressed air coming out of the 3rd stage cylinders is controlled by temperature and pressure sensors. The stage cylinders are cooled by the circulation of the water coming from the closed system water cooling tower. The 40 bar air tank is manufactured according to CE regulations and standards, and a hydrostatic pressure test is applied after the welding x-rays are taken and evaluated. Closed circuit water cooling tower, circulation pump, air dryer and filters are microprocessor specially designed for Compressor Lupamat. The operating status of the compressor, pressure and temperature values, output pressure and temperature values of the stages, water temperature and flow rate, maintenance times, time for part replacement, malfunctions, PTC error, etc., can be displayed on the LCD screen. can be followed.
