Box Tissue Production Line Our fully automatic facial tissue production line produces high quality products. This production line; It can perform embossing, slicing, folding, counting, dividing, automatic taking, automatic transfer, automatic loading and automatic closing functions in one go. So all production processes are automated. Thanks to our facial tissue production line, ease of operation, production of the finished product with unchanging constant quality and fully automated processes; works extremely efficiently. In this way, the number of personnel working on the line can be reduced and production/management costs can be reduced. 1. The max. Its width is 2950mm. 2. Horizontal type paper unwinding stand: The raw paper stand is positioned parallel to the ground, the paper is transported by pneumatic wide belts. There are separate tension control devices for each roll of raw paper. Optionally, a pneumatic raw paper loading unit can be added. 3. * Edge control function: This function is installed on the paper unwind stand. A sensor that scans the edges and controls it with a PLC sends the information it collects to the edge control "performer"; transmits to keep the edges aligned. And thanks to this function, even if the paper is flowing fast, the edges of the paper are transmitted parallel to each other, which prevents the paper from being wasted. 4. The Tissue Box Machine gives an alarm when the paper runs out. The paper feed guard automatically stops the machine and prevents possible damage. 5. Automatic receiving device: This device works on counting, dividing and separating folded paper accurately and preparing it for distribution, according to the data sent to it by the system. 6. * Dispensing Device: This device transports the separated facial tissues to the automatic loading device. 7. Each unit is driven by an independent servo motor, and this simplified structure reduces manufacturing errors. 8. The flexible control arm is more convenient for the operation of the machine. 9.
