High Output Two Stage Pump The AP1000 lower pump assembly has a two stage design that allows a high flow rate with less friction in the air motor. Ø 100mm Precision Manometer Hydraulic torque pumps are shipped with 100mm diameter precision manometer. The manometer with Bar/Psi indicator has a double legible scale. It is highly resistant to external factors. The manometers of the torque pumps are presented with a TURKAK approved calibration certificate. Ergonomic Control Controller Each torque pump is shipped with a 5 meter ergonomic remote control. With its durable design, it is used in the toughest working environments without abrasion. Industrial Oil Tank The aluminum oil tank is lightweight and highly durable for working in the harshest environments. AP1000 series torque pumps are supplied with a 5.7 liter tank as standard. Oil Level Indicator AP Series air driven hydraulic torque pumps have an oil gauge on the tank. Thanks to this indicator, the operator can easily see the oil level. Quadra-Torc Attachment 4-Wrench Connection A four-outlet manifold attachment is available for hydraulic torque pumps to operate four torque wrenches simultaneously. It offers the perfect solution for applications that require synchronized torque, especially flange connections. This manifold is optionally sold separately. Torque/Pressure Adjustment Valve The easy-to-adjust pressure valve allows the user to adjust the pressure output of the pump and increase or decrease the torque as needed. Twinline 1000 Bar Hydraulic Twin Hoses TorcUP hydraulic torque pumps are supplied with a 3 meter twin hose. Twin hydraulic hoses have a safety factor of x4. In addition, each hose has plastic grips, thus preventing excessive buckling due to operator error. Quick Connect Couplings are made very safe to work under high pressure with a safety coefficient of x3. Quick-release oil inlet couplings are very easy to install, they are connected without using any hand tools or wrenches. Couplings do not loosen, do not drip.
