There is a loss of time of 4-5 minutes between two sandblasting processes (due to stopping the turbines, opening the doors, removing the sanded basket from the machine, inserting the basket to be sanded into the machine, closing the doors, starting sandblasting after the turbines reach 3000 rpm) in standard suspended machines. In our New Generation compact hanging machine, the efficiency is 2.5 times that of standard hanging machines, since the sandblasting chambers rotate within 10 seconds on the central axis and there is no lost time.
