Surface cleaning and descaling of the calibrated rod by sandblasting is a non-polluting & eco-friendly alternative to chemical descaling methods. In order to blast the calibrated bars in the fastest and most efficient way, 9 bars are machined side by side on the roller conveyor, while 4 turbines placed around the bars at an angle of 900 blast. The turbine number and power of the machine are determined according to the customer's needs. The calibrated bars, which are attached to the loading table, are automatically loaded onto the inlet roller conveyor in a way that they stand side by side. Sandblasted bars in SA2,5 quality are automatically discharged from the output roller conveyor to the stock table.
