Carrier System and Structural Strength
The load-bearing system of duplex houses is produced with light steel frame technique. snow load of 100 kg/m2, wind speed of 90 km/h and 1. the structures designed in accordance with the conditions of the earthquake zone are installed on a solid foundation. Steel columns, trusses and profile purlins are coated with a special protective lining against rust, while increasing the strength of the structures.
External and Internal Walls
The exterior walls are composed of high-density (1300 kg/m3) cemented particle boards (Concrete) and offer a non-flammable, moisture- and water-resistant structure. Thanks to the B1 class polystyrene hard foam contained in it, it provides excellent thermal and sound insulation. The interior walls also offer high insulation properties in the same way.
Roof and Ceiling Systems
Roofs are created using a light steel truss system and purlins. It is offered with shingle or trapezoidal sheet coating options specifically for the project. Glass wool is used for roof insulation, and waterproofing is provided with membranes. The ceiling covering is plasterboard and is insulated with fireproof class A materials.
Doors and Windows
Exterior Doors: Steel-cased, durable metal doors.
Interior Doors: American panel doors.
Windows: PVC joinery, double glazed and optionally offered with flapper and color options.
Electrical and Plumbing
The electrical installation is being laid with TSE approved materials and all details including grounding installation and fuse box are completed.
A modern and functional design is offered by using equipment such as shower tray, sink, toilet bowl in the sanitary installation.
Floor Coverings and Paint
Rooms and living room: Laminate flooring.
Wet floors: Ceramic coating.
Walls: Finished with a double layer of plastic paint.
