STANDARD EQUIPMENT KR FZM 1300-1 With its standard equipment, which is not included in many machines, it provides the user with high quality and economical sanding even in very difficult products. Conveyor The conveyor is mobile and the position can be changed for part thickness with 0.1 mm precision. This process is done automatically via the touch panel. Vacuum Conveyor Table Provides trouble-free sanding of small workpieces. Oscillating Disc Brush System This unit consists of 9 oscillating brush sanders whose height, speed and direction can be adjusted automatically. It is extremely successful in the raw and primer sanding of the carvings on the product. Practical replaceable brushes provide convenience to the operator. The ability to rotate in two directions allows the use of sandpaper with 2 different surfaces. Oscillating Cylinder Brush System This unit consists of 2 roller brush sanders whose height, rotation speed and direction can be adjusted automatically. Raw and primed sanding of carvings on the product is done. Practical replaceable brushes provide convenience to the operator. The ability to rotate in two directions allows the use of sandpaper with 2 different surfaces. Touch Control Panel In the KR FZM 1300, the positioning of all units (how much the brush sander immerses in the workpiece), the working direction of the sanders, the rotational speed of the sanders and the positioning of the conveyor table are done via the touch control panel.
