KR YZM 1300 Surface Sander; It is a highly precise sanding machine developed for sanding the raw and primed surfaces and carvings of doors, doors and modular furniture parts. Precision sanding can also be done with the KR YZM 1300 before polishing. STANDARD EQUIPMENT Piano Type Scanner The system consisting of 52 inductive readers at the entrance of the machine allows the products to be read sensitively and smart abrasion. Oscillating Orbital Sanding System This unit has 8 movable orbital sanding motors whose pressure intensities and distances can be adjusted automatically. Height differences and edges on the product are taken into account, smart etching is done and an extremely high quality surface is obtained. Oscillating Disc Brush System This unit consists of 9 oscillating brush sanders whose height and speed can be adjusted automatically. It is extremely successful in the raw and primer sanding of the carvings on the product. It provides convenience to the operator, which can be easily changed. Oscillating Cylinder Brush System This unit consists of 2 roller brush sanders whose height and rotation speed can be adjusted automatically. Raw and primed sanding of carvings on the product is done. Easily replaceable brushes provide convenience to the operator. Scotch Roller System This unit removes the sanding marks on the finished products and provides a very smooth surface by super finishing. The scotch cylinder can be easily adjusted mechanically as it runs out. OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT Constant Vibrations This unit consists of 6 oscillating orbital sanders on which pressure intensities and distances can be adjusted automatically. The system, which is used to make the surface homogeneous in sanding before polishing, can also be used in primer sanding.
