KR FZM 1300-2 BRUSH SANDING MACHINE Developed for raw and primer sanding of rustic and cnc carved surfaces, KR FZM 1300-2 achieves successful results even on the most difficult surfaces with its flexible sanding feature. STANDARD EQUIPMENT KR FZM 1300-2 With its standard equipment, which is not included in many machines, it provides the user with high quality and economical surface sanding even in very difficult products. Conveyor The conveyor is movable and the position can be changed for part thickness with 0.1 mm precision. This process is done automatically via the touch panel. It also offers trouble-free sanding on small workpieces with its vacuum conveyor table. Oscillating Disc Brush System This unit consists of 9 oscillating brush sanders whose height, speed and direction can be adjusted automatically. There are 2 units in total of this unit. It is extremely successful in the raw and primer sanding of the carvings on the product. Easily replaceable brushes provide convenience to the operator. The ability to rotate in two directions allows the use of sandpaper with 2 different surfaces. Oscillating Cylinder Brush System This unit consists of 2 roller brush sanders whose height, rotation speed and direction can be adjusted automatically. There are a total of 3 units of this unit. Raw and primed sanding of carvings on the product is done. Easily replaceable brushes provide convenience to the operator. The ability to rotate in two directions allows the use of sandpaper with 2 different surfaces. Touch Control Panel In the KR FZM 1300-2, the positioning of all units (how much the brush sander penetrates the workpiece), the working direction of the sanders, the rotational speed of the sanders and the positioning of the conveyor table are done via the touch control panel. OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT Wide Machine Compatible KR FZM 1300-2 can be manufactured optionally compatible with 1500mm sanding width. Scotch Roller System This unit is combined with the finished product.
