KR KZM 5 SANDING MACHINE It is used for edge sanding of doors, covers and modular furniture parts. Thanks to the flexible and movable sanding units, the raw and primer sanding of flat, chamfered and radial edges is done perfectly. STANDARD HARDWARE Flexible Belt Sanding Unit This unit is mainly used for removing saw marks on raw edges. It can also be used in radial corners by changing the bass pad. It has a very economical structure due to the oscillation of the belt sanding unit whose angle, distances, pressure intensity can be adjusted manually. Easy sandpaper change is advantageous for the operator. Oscillating Ortibal Sanding Unit The system used for raw and primer sanding of straight edges makes economic and quality sanding thanks to its oscillating operation. The system, consisting of 2 ortibal sanding motors, which can be adjusted easily in the pressure intensity and distances, provides an advantage for the operator. Disc Brush Sanding Unit The disc brush with adjustable height, distance and rotation speed sands the radius and corners of the sanding edge. Scotch Mop Unit The mop unit, whose height and distance can be adjusted, takes the sanding marks on the edge and makes a super finish. It provides a very high quality edge surface. OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT Extra Belt Sanding Unit It is offered as an option for sanding continuous chamfered or radiused edges. It can also be used on some simple cords.
