KR BM Cevval Automatic Spray Machine
Cevval Automatic Painting Machine, developed for painting panel-shaped products, is a new generation Automatic Painting Machine that distinguishes itself from its competitors with its superior features and technology. Wood, metal, glass, plastic, fiber cement, etc. Cevval ensures that the products are dyed in a high quality and fast manner; It has two advanced painting robot arms with servo control. It offers ideal surface and edge painting quality thanks to its cabin interior design and arm structure.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
MOVABLE INPUT-EXIT GLASS
Glass covers that can move automatically (up-down) according to the piece thickness at the inlet and outlet of the machine provide great support in keeping the pressure inside the cabin stable. Stable pressure inside the cabin prevents dust from escaping from inside the machine or dust from entering the machine from outside. This feature is not available on equivalent machines.

SUCTION & VENTILATION SYSTEM
Aspiration System, which removes the dirty air in the cabin by passing it through accordion filters, is offered as standard.
This system also provides optimum pressure inside by adjusting the cabin pressure. A frequency-controlled ventilation system, which pumps clean air into the cabin through F5 class filters, is offered as standard.
PRODUCT SCANNING SYSTEM
Thanks to 32 sensors lined up at the entrance of the machine, millimetric precision is provided in determining the area to be painted. Additionally, extra savings are achieved by optimizing paint consumption.
PAINT RECYCLING SYSTEM
The paint smeared on the conveyor belt is automatically scraped off by the recovery system and can be reused. The cleaning system cleans the conveyor belt and the rubber blades ensure that the belt dries completely and remains clean.
CONTROL SYSTEM
KR BM Cevval Automatic Dyeing Machine is equipped with a 10” color touch screen as standard, which allows controlling and memorizing all functions and operating parameters. All production data can be tracked online with the optional IOT system. Can send daily production reports.
PAINTING SYSTEM
The machine is equipped with 2 painting arms. The movement speed can be adjusted automatically via the touch screen. The painting arm differs from its competitors thanks to its design that allows easy adjustment of gun height and angles and its strong structure that moves on two parallel linear rails. 1 high pressure pump and 4 high pressure guns are offered as standard. The infrastructure is ready to connect 8 guns and 2 pumps as needed.
CONVEYOR BELT AND CENTRALIZING SYSTEM
KR BM Cevval paints the products on a specially developed Polyolefin Conveyor Belt. This tape is paint repellent. With the Tape Cleaning System, it is cleaned using less thinner than its competitors. Automatic Belt Centering Unit, which prevents the conveyor belt from sliding to the edges and deforming, is offered as standard.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Automatic Lubrication System, which ensures smooth and long-lasting operation of the system by lubricating the linear rails and bearings on which the robot arms move at adjustable periods, is offered as standard.

WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM
Aqueous Filtration System in KR BM Cevval Automatic Dyeing Machine; It passes the dirty air in the cabin through water curtain channels and filters the chemicals and solvents to be discharged outside, and the system also ensures that they are discharged as harmless gases to the environment.
SPRAY POT (Pressure Vessel)
In jobs with low capacity and requiring little paint; Paint consumption is prevented by using the paint in the application jar instead of the paint to be loaded into the system with a pump. This system is offered as an option for boutique production style.
EXTRA HIGH PRESSURE PUMP-GUN SET
An extra 1 High Pressure Pump and 4 High Pressure Guns are offered as options for our customers who want to work redundantly or separate varnish and paint production.
EXTRA LOW PRESSURE PUMP-GUN SET
Extra 1 Low Pressure Pump, 4 Low Pressure Guns. It is offered as an option for our customers who want to apply wood colorant.
