KR KZM 5 Edge Sanding Machine KR KZM 5 Edge Sanding Machine is used for sanding the edges of doors, covers and modular furniture pieces. Thanks to the flexible and mobile sanding units, raw and primer sanding of flat, chamfered and radial edges is done perfectly.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT FLEXIBLE BELT SANDING UNIT The oscillating unit is mainly used on raw edges. It can also be used on radiused corners by changing the pressure pad. Angle, distances and pressure intensity can be adjusted automatically.
OSCILLATION ORBITAL SANDER UNIT The system consisting of 2 orbital sanding motors is used for raw and primer sanding of straight edges. Thanks to its oscillatory operation, it performs economical and high-quality sanding.
Printing intensity and distances can be adjusted automatically.
DISC BRUSH SANDING UNIT 1 Disc Brush Sander, with adjustable height, distance and rotation speed, sands the radius or corners of the edge.
SCOTTISH MOP UNIT The height and distance adjustable mop unit removes sanding marks on the edges and gives a super finish. It provides a very high quality edge surface.
CONTROL SYSTEM This panel allows you to easily enter the values of all operations such as the positioning of all units, conveyor belt movement speed, which units will work, how far the brush sanders will dive into the product, and the movements of the independent orbital sanding units. All production data can be tracked online with the optional IOT system. Can send daily production reports.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT EXTRA FLEXIBLE BELT SANDING UNIT This unit is offered as an option on the KR KZM 5 Wood Sanding Machine for sanding chamfered or radiused edges.
It can also be used on some simple cords.
EXTRA CYLINDRICAL BRUSH SANDING Extra Cylindrical Brush Sanding Unit is offered as an option to increase the quality of specially shaped edges in line with customer needs.
