KR UVKH 24 Paint Drying Line
KR UVKH 24 is a new generation UV Drying Oven focused on quality and speed. With its 24 meter length and inverter ballast technology, it speeds up the user's work and saves energy.
 
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
CONTROL SYSTEM
Adjustment of the entire line and prescription of the settings are made from a single 7” Control Panel. All production data can be tracked online with the optional IOT system. Can send daily production reports.

 
FLASH-OFF TUNNEL
Flash off Tunnel; In UV-cured products, it provides the necessary solvent removal before drying in a UV lamp. Line speed can be adjusted separately for each sector. It prevents dust from entering the environment with the positive pressure laminar air inside and provides the desired temperature between 25-35 °C.

 
TL LAMPS
A total of 48 low-power UV lamps, 24 “TL 3” and 24 “TL 10” lamps, were placed in the 4-meter-long tunnel.

In this way, it initiates the photoreaction required by UV-drying products.

 
UV LAMPS
After the flash-off tunnel, UV-cured paints and varnishes are dried with 1 Ga – 2 Hg UV lamps with a power of 120 W/cm. There is an electronic system that regulates the power of each lamp (2 Hg, 1 Ga Lamp), as well as automatically activating the energy saving function by monitoring the presence of material under each lamp. Line speed can be adjusted automatically in the 4 meter long UV drying section.

 
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
JET-AIR POWERFUL AIR UNIT
It provides the evaporation needed especially by water-based paint and varnishes at a constant speed and homogeneously.

 
EXTRA FLASH-OFF
8 meter long extra Flash-off Tunnel for UV Spray Paints that need longer flash-off in UV drying lines or to enable faster production.

 
ROTATIVE FLASH-OFF
It facilitates the travel of work pieces, easily providing the desired flash-off time in businesses with limited production areas.

It is the tunnel that activates in the "U" direction. Provides maximum efficiency with minimum space.

 
IR LAMP
It accelerates drying in water-based products. It provides drying on the entire surface with 3 IR lamps.
