KR BM 1000 K Automatic Dyeing Machine
It is a new generation Automatic Painting Machine that distinguishes itself from its competitors with its superior features and technology developed for painting panel-shaped products. Wood, metal, glass, plastic, fiber cement, etc. It ensures high quality and fast dyeing of products. With the paper belt system, no chemical disposal waste is generated. Cleaning is much simpler. It offers the opportunity to change color in 1 minute with the optional fast color changing system.


STANDARD EQUIPMENT
ASPIRATION SYSTEM
The Aspiration System in the KR BM 1000 K Automatic Dyeing Machine, which removes the dirty air in the cabin by passing it through accordion filters, is offered as standard. This system also adjusts the cabin pressure and provides optimum pressure inside.



PRODUCT SCANNING SYSTEM
Thanks to the scanner bars in the Reader Sensor System, the shape and dimensions of the product to be painted are introduced to the machine, ensuring that only the paint is applied to the product. This way, you save on materials by minimizing the amount of paint used.



FEEDING SYSTEM
KR BM 1000 K dyes the products on the paper belt on the vacuum conveyor belt. The paper, which is unraveled from the mechanical braked paper warp system and contaminated after the dyeing process, is automatically wrapped on a roll with a torque-controlled winding system. Thanks to the vacuum conveyor belt, the paper is kept stable and smooth on the belt during dyeing, preventing it from wrinkling.



CONTROL SYSTEM
A 7” color touch screen is offered as standard, allowing you to control or memorize all functions and operating parameters. All production data can be tracked online with the optional IOT system. Can send daily production reports.



PAINTING SYSTEM
One high-pressure pump and 4 high-pressure guns are offered as standard in the KR BM 1000 K Automatic Dyeing Machine. The machine is equipped with 1 central painting arm. The operating speed is automatically adjusted via the touch screen. Arm speed max. It can reach 180 m/min. Thanks to its portable design, it allows you to easily change the gun and adjust the angle and height.



AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
It lubricates the linear rails and bearings on which the robot arms move at adjustable periods, thus ensuring trouble-free and long-lasting operation thanks to the Automatic Lubrication System offered as standard.



OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
VENTILATION SYSTEM
In the KR BM 1000 K Automatic Dyeing Machine, the Frequency Controlled Ventilation System, which pumps clean air into the cabin through F5 class filters, is offered as an option.



QUICK COLOR CHANGE VALVE
A four-way valve specially developed for KR BM 1000 K, which allows rapid color change between a maximum of three (3) different colors, is offered as an option.

SPRAY POT (Pressure Vessel)
In jobs with low capacity and requiring little paint; Paint consumption is prevented by using the paint in the application jar instead of the paint to be loaded into the system with a pump. This system is offered as an option for boutique production style.
