KR FZM 1300-1.1 BRUSH SANDER
Removing rustic and CNC carved surfaces for 3D raw and primer finishing. KR FZM 1300.1.1 Wood Sanding Machine achieves successful results even on the most difficult surfaces with its flexible sanding feature. Thanks to the oscillating brush polishing unit, which works vertically with a horizontal axis, it provides the best results by polishing all surfaces homogeneously.


STANDARD EQUIPMENT
CONTROL SYSTEM
All connection parts such as the positioning of all units, the speed of fragmentation belt movement, which units will work, how far the brush machines will dive into the product and the movements of the independent orbital polishing units can be permanently entered through this panel. All production data can be tracked online with the optional IOT system. Daily production reports are sent.

 

OSCILLATION DISC BRUSH
This unit consists of 9 Oscillating Brush Sanders that are regularly and quickly automatically adjustable. It allows easy solution change with its ergonomic structure.

 

OSCILLATING CYLINDER BRUSH
This unit consists of 2 Roller Brush Sanders with automatically adjustable cycle and rotation speed. Thanks to its oscillation feature, it does not create unwanted parts on the product.

 

CROSS BRUSH UNIT
It reduces the parts of the operations in the length of the direction of travel. It enables detailed finishing of rustic and CNC machined parts on the 2nd and 3rd axes. It consists of a total of 2 units and 4 brushes.

 

MOVING CONVEYOR TABLE
Whether the conveyor is mobile or not can be changed with 1 mm precision depending on the product variety. It can be automatically adjusted according to the desired variety of parts on the screen.

MOVABLE AIR JET UNIT FOR DUST CLEANING
The powder on the product was applied by this equipment before it exited the machine.

 

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
It lubricates the linear rails and bearings on which the robot programs move at adjustable periods, thus ensuring trouble-free and long-lasting operation thanks to the Automatic Lubrication System offered as standard.
